Need a doctor rec for smithtown/Nesconset/lake ronkonkoma area
Hi,
I Need a doctor rec for smithtown/Nesconset/lake ronkonkoma area. Me and dh have been driving to Nassau county anytime we get sick because we haven't found a new family doctor. The twins have a great pediatrician but now we need a good doctor. I really need someone who is caring and isn't too big or overbooked.

It is the offices of Belding, Dragone, O'Brien, and Shetty. They also have two great NP's - Mona and Kevin. I love LOVE LOVE Mona and always go to her last minute. Dr. Franco used to head the practice and retired so when he did that, I switched to Dr. O'Brien and she's lovely.
I also like the fact that they have walk-in, ill patient hours Monday-Friday starting at around 8am, I think. Something like that. But it is great if you just wake up sick because you can go right there and don't have to call for an appt.

I go to North Shore Medical Group in Nesconset. I see Dr Kechejian. I drive from Farmingdale to see her.
I have always been very happy with any of the Drs I saw in the group.
They also have offices in Huntington and Commack. I have been to these offices too. My parents have been patients in the group for 20+ years.

I love Dr. O'Brien. She's young, smart and personable. I would definitely reccommend her.
