Can you bake the apples use a cereal to sprinkle on top? Not sure if it would be 100% FF but it would be close depending on the cereal you choose.

Agreed - not sure how to make it totally fat free, but the link above could be made more "diet-friendly"...
Use Whole Wheat flour
Substitute Splenda for Sugar
Use Smart Balance / Soy Butter instead of real butter...
