Need a gift idea for a 2.5 year old girl...
who just became a big sister 
Nothing electronic... her mom is kind of crunchy granola 
Any ideas? I am fairly sure she has a baby doll and stroller already.

DD is 2.5 exactly (remember the 1/2 b-day pics  ) and this is what she's loving now:
- puzzles (Melissa & Doug ones)
- she got the Melissa & Doug Abby & Emma wooden dress-up dolls for Christmas and LOVES them!
- craft supplies-- glitter glue, markers, crayons, etc.
- dolls/accessories
- little board games (Candy Land, Hi Ho Cherry-o, a little Bingo game, etc.)

Oh yeah, I second the medical kit (I get checkups all the time ) and instruments of any kind (though make them somewhat quiet otherwise the new mom will de-friend you )

My DD is 2.5 and she is very into dolls - esp disney princess ones, and ones she can dress up and play with them for the entire day- not the baby dolls as much although she has a few she plays mommy to. Disney sells them.
She loves anything cinderella or princess. Dress up clothes are a HUGE hit.
She loves her melissa and doug - dress up doll set - It is a wooden doll that has a bunch of dress up clothes that are put on with magnets. I highly recommend that DD can play with that for a long time.
Books are always great we can never have enough.
Art Supplies are good too.
