Need a good gym recommendation in Islip area
I need a gym that offers a variety of classes (kickboxing, cardio, spin) plus a good availability of machines. Not familiar with gym locations in the Islip areas. Thanks ladies

I go to EI Health and Fitness. I LOVE it there. It would be so much fun to workout together Kel

I will def check it out. We are most likely buying a house in that area so I need to switch gyms by the summertime!

I think the Gold's Gym behind 111 is open now also. My friend went to the one in Deer Park and is going there now.
