Need a good yoga DVD
I have zero time to get to a class. Can anyone recommend a great yoga DVD? Preferably intermediate level. TIA

Re: Need a good yoga DVD
Have you tried the fitness on demand channels? If you have it, give it a shot. I've tried the yoga on there and it's not bad. Otherwise, I've heard Beachbody has a decent yoga DVD, but I have no experience with it.

Re: Need a good yoga DVD
I would check out yogaglo . A couple of the yoga teachers I follow on FB do classes for this and it looks pretty good. They have a free 15 day trial. (I haven't tried it myself. I've only seen sample portions of their classes and they looked good. I don't know what the monthly cost is.)
You can also find free classes on Yoga Journal's Website .
