Re: need a new doctor that delivers at st charles
I answered you on the Parenting post...I use Dr Blyzack and the other Dr is Dr Arato. They covered for the OB I was going to and when I had to have an emergency c-section, my OB was no around so the covering Dr came in (Dr Blyzack). He was SO nice and explained everything, DH and I were very comfortable with him performing my section. Dr Arato came in to check on me 2 times while I was in the hosptial. Dr Blyzack called me the day after I delivered to tell me that he called the NICU to check on my daughter and to see how I was feeling. After my 6 week checkup I switched to their practice.

I use Dr. Ninia in Port Jeff. He delivered my DS and will be delivering my little in December. If you want any info FM me. Oh...he is affiliated with St. Charles.

Re: need a new doctor that delivers at st charles
I saw Dr. Blayzk and Dr. Arato when I was in St. Charles--they are not my regular OB/Gyn--Dr. Dreux Patton is and he is great. Dr. Blayzk and Dr. Arato where very nice also. Had a great experience all around with St. Charles and these doctors.

Re: need a new doctor that delivers at st charles
I can't stand Suffolk- where I go now, but will switch after my next appt in beginning of August.
Dr. O'Keefe is who I will use and comes HIGHLY recommended by so many women I know! He delivers at either St Charles or Stony Brook.

Re: need a new doctor that delivers at st charles
I believe I asked him that and he primarily delivers at St. Charles but does have rights to Stony Brook but doesn't use SB. I think I asked hime this with my first son 5 years ago...so things may have changed.

Re: need a new doctor that delivers at st charles
They have brought the wrong chart in on one appointment 2X in a row. Gave me a bunch of info (very confidential) about the patiet they thought I was and thought I was there for a level II when I was about 8 weeks!
When I was bleeding very heavily, they gave me the run around, were extremely rude and told me they would fit me in if they could- because they couldn't do anything about it anyway if I were to miscarry.
They habitually have screwed up my appointments- written the time and date on the card and then I get there and they had it in their computer wrong.
I like certain doctors but can not stand the way I have been spoken to by some nurses and the office staff is very incompetent it seems when it has come to my paperwork.
