Need A Pediatrician Lindenhurst Area
Hello, I am new to the board. I just brought home my adopted newborn premature daughter on Friday - she is 9 days old today. I am looking for a pediatrician recommendation in the Lindenhurst area (Massapequa to West Islip).
In particular, I was hoping to find one that has the following:
- Later hours (like 7pm)
- Saturday hours
- Someone to call after hours
- Sick baby room
- Experience with Adoption (very little medical history available)
- Possible drug exposure
- Premature baby (4 weeks)

We use Suffolk Pediatrrics...Dr Woletsky, Lambert and Zanolin.
1111 Montauk Highway
West Islip
they have a sick room, they have sat and late night office hours ( I think we had an 8 :30 pm appnt once!) , a GREAT after hours calling system IMO. When my son had RSV, someone called us back in like 3-4 minutes!

Congrats!!
I 2nd them. The whole staff from clerical to nursing to PA's is awesome. My kids are on my ex's insurance with his new son and his step-daughter (5 kids in total). Usually we get odd comments about how well we parents get along but not from them. There is never awkwardness, they are very sensitive to our situation.
