Need a rec for a great real estate attorney!
I really need the rec for a great real estate attorney. Someone who won't play games with ME, will return my calls as his/her client and will fight for my best interest, and who won't wimp out to make the job easier for himself.
The attorney we used for our closing was a friend of the family and really was horrible, didn't put our best interests first, only his own. I need an amazing one this time around, as a home is a huge purchase.
FM if you prefer and again, if you could tell me how you found the attorney and what you liked about him/her, I would appreciate that.

How about my mom? Being that she's my mom, of course i love her, but she's good and lower cost than any other attorney that i have heard of. She does it on the side, so there is no overhead.
