Need a roofer and insulation guy
The house we just bought has an 8 inch circular hole in the roof....not sure if it used to be a vent or not but the homeowner did a crappy job of sealing it and then had a squirrel problem.....he did patch it again but did a terrible job so i would like to have it done the correct way and have it sealed with wood and then layered with shingle....not a plastic cap with stapled mesh over it ......as for the insulation well the squirrels that did get in crapped all over the place and the insulation needs to be removed and re-done.....so i need a person for this also.....and I need them ASAP because i would really like to move in soon. Thanks
