Need a suggestion for an appatizer that I can easily transport/don't need to heat on site
Our holiday party is next week and i'm supposed to bring an appetizer. It's at our principal's house, but I don't want to have to actually cook or heat it there. I also don't want to cop out and bring veggies like I did last year :P
Any suggestions? TIA

bruschetta! Very easy and you can fully prepare ahead of time (although I would recommend keeping the bread and topping separate until shortly before serving)

an antipasto platter. All you need to do is cut up some mozzerella, sopressata, salami, pepperoni, some calamata olives, maybe some baby tomatoes. Arrange them on a platter and youre done!
Great idea also.
