Need a website designer
for my company.
We have been through so many and they all have the same things in common:
They aren't timely
They don't listen
They cost a fortune!
So, if you can recommend anyone who isn't any of the above, please let me know! We don't mind spending $$, but it needs to be worth it!

An agency would provide your company with a whole team of people-- providing more services than just a redesign, i.e. Strategy, Online Marketing & Advertising, etc. An agency is likely to be more expensive, since it is more people, but the service offering is more comprehensive.
It really depends on your company's budget and what your business goals and marketing objectives are.
