Need advice...
Ok im doing WW, 2 weeks in a row of .4 and .6
What can I do? Should I cut back points. Im gonn get y arse on teh teradmill tonight....I have to get back to tracking better I think and no more BLT's....its depressing, I need a big week...HEEEELP!

for me - if I dont stick 100% exactly to plan , I dont lose that much in a week.
I dont do any BLT's and if I do , I count it as a point. I always lose a good amount when I eat a lot of fruits and veggies that week. And write everything down! everything!
I only use my 35 extra points if there is a special occasion. Make sure you eat all your points though, thats imposrtant

I would cut out the BLTs, I don't even know how many points those are. And personally, I never use my extra 35 points. I only indulge in a WW ice cream 3x per week

Tea is OK as long as it doesn't have three pounds of sugar and milk in it. Not as good as water though (especially if it's caffeinated).

michelle, watch your carbs along with counting points...I like to stay under 100, but I tell myself that I can go to 150 (so I feel better) This really helped me to get over the hump and lose the weight from Derek....now if I can just get my butt in gear this time around!!!

I'm a little lost, are you counting all of your points? I wouldn't cut back on your daily allowance I would just be more mindful.
Also haven't you lost like 10 lbs in the last month? You are a small girl, your body just may need some time to adjust.
Hang in there! You're doing great! The scale is moving in the right direction so just have patience

I started Jan 3rd and as of Feb 7th I am down 11 pounds...I know its good but it really has slowed down.....I have to count more carefully....im hoping for at least 2 on saturday!!!
