Need advice
I have a friends bach party at wineries this Sat. Bc of my m/c Im not telling anyone yet about BFP until 8wks after we see HB.
So.................. i too had my bach party at wineries and everyone knows i LOVE my wine. So how the he11 do i order club soda all day Sat? NO ONE will buy that im on anti-biotics
Anyone have any clever ideas?

Honestly, if it were my friends they'd know right away if I didn't drink with them at a bach party... even though I wasn't a huge drinker to begin with. If it were me, i'd just tell them or tell the few that you're close with and have them cover it up for you.
It'll be hard at the wineries b/c you can't get a "fake" drink like you can at a bar (cranberry and club soda instead of vodka, etc.). Sorry I guess i'm really no help.

Really tough one!!! Hangover? Sick? Nauseaous? Bad headache?
You could also take a sip or two at first and then say it didn't agree with you, you have a stomache ache, etc....

You could say that you have a stomach virus and just go to the bathroom often....

That's a great idea!!! Call them in the morning and tell them you had a stomach virus! and that you can go but cant drink or might not be up to it!.... good thinking!

Are you anti-drinking while pregnant? There really isn't any reason you can't sip here and there while pregnant.
I don't know that I'd use the stomach virus unless you're bailing altogether - who would want you around with that  ?

As of right now i am VERY anti drinking. I had a m/c in Oct and after that, i will do NOTHING at all that could jeopardize this pregnancy. Im nervous enough, i certainly dont need to add anything to it KWIM?
