Need Advise; Jimmy Choo Boots
I have a pair of Jimmy Choo High black boots that I had bought from Saks about 4 years ago .... Since then not only have the toes curled up a bit but the leather is cracking and one of the zippers broke ......
I am sooooo mad at the quality but Im not sure since they are 4 years old if I have any recourse.... For the amount of money that I spent I would hope that I do .....
What do you all think?

I'd check with Saks and maybe call Jimmy Choo directly. Most luxury clothing companies seem to be pretty good with this stuff.

Ok so I sent them an email with pictures of the boots...
Look at the cracks in this one!!! And its in both ! And that was with taking care of them with Leather care. Ughhhhh
