Need advise on selling art

I have this print on canvas (with a different frame... much more ornate!!). The current value is about $400+ It's very large.

I am not even sure how much to tell it for.

I need to sell it. What is my best option? A yard sale is not the right place.

I want serious buyers. It's not shippable either. It's so heavy and big. I am not too crazy about craigslist. Ebay?

Shipping charges might kill your ebay sale. I would say Craigslist even though you're not a fan.

What about putting an ad in the Town Crier?

E-bay is prob your best bet.

You can also put something in the local paper, but then you will have strangers calling you and coming to see it.

That's what I don't want. With the baby it's just not safe.

I agree, E-bay is prob the way to go.

I bought a huge piece of art work from e-bay myself and yeah the shipping was expensive but so was the piece.

Before you put it on e-bay and list it, I would take it to the post office and see how much it would be to ship. Unless like the other poster said, make it local only but that will limit you on trying to sell it.

Good luck

That's the piece (with a different frame)! When it was shipped to me it was "framed" into a wood case so it would not be destroyed. I think a local pick-up is the way to go. Thanks!
