They'd be together because they do not cage. This is from their site: "Pets are not caged or placed amongst a large group of anxious animals.I strive to provide a harmonious, enjoyable & relaxing environment very different from that of a kennel-like environment. We want your pet to feel at home."

I take our cat to Island Trees Vet, it's in Hicksville on New South Road. I don't know about them being able to be together but I love their staff, give them a call to find out!

You did not mention location, but Townline Vet group in hauppauge is excellent!!! They are clean and the have the dogs play with each other. When Oreo goes he never wants to leave he has such a good time!

We have never boarded our dog here, but we use this practice and did their training program and I would have no problem leaving Amber there if I had to - she LOVES going to the vet! So many friends there!

Re: Need boarding recommendation for my 2 dogs
I really cannot rave enough about my Vet.
He has a brand new, state-of-the-art facility.
He is SO dedicated to the treatment of his animals and he allows them to just roam the office and play in the playroom all day long, no extra charge. He has fiberglass, not metal, cages and enclosures for them.
It is wonderful!!!!

They are a little far from us but I will contact them also.
I don't see any pricing on their website.

Re: Need boarding recommendation for my 2 dogs
We board our dog at Hounds Town in Ronkonkoma. They also have a location in Port Jeff Station. We chose them because during the day they let all the dogs run around and play together, either inside or outside depending on the weather. We like that because we would feel bad if she was just stuck in a cage all day while we were on vacation. When we took a tour they seemed to group the dogs by size and energy level. And they do a temperament test before boarding the dogs to make sure they will not be aggressive with the other dogs.

Re: Need boarding recommendation for my 2 dogs
I just went away for 7 days and boarded my dogs at their vet. They kept them together, extremely clean and the staff is wonderful. I was super nervous and very overprotective over them, so the vet was the only one I trust. When I went to pick them up, they didn't even want to come home with me.

I adore Bed, Bathe and Behave. I will ONLY take my dog there. I love Rebecca and she is amazing with animals. She has done training with our dog and if I say Aunt Becky or Rebecca my puppy freaks out. He LOVES her. I never worry when he is with her. She is the BEST!
