Need bronzer and self tanner recommendations....

My tanning salon days are done...too scary

But I do not look good with out some color...I am olive skin toned and get yellow looking in the winter

Anyone have products they love?
Thanks

I just got this mineral bronzer by philosophy and I really like it. I also have used Laura Mercier Mosaic golden bronzer and I like that too. I think I am starting to like the philosophy better though.

My friend gave me a self tanner from Avon to try. Her and her mom use and liked it, so I figured why not. I always worried about the color from those being too orange, but they always just looked like they had a natural glow to them. It's the Skin So Soft Satin Glow Firming Body Moisturizer. I really like it.

I like the Bobbi Brown shimmer brick for a bronzer. I wear it all year long every day instead of blush. It isnt very shimmery so don't let the name scare you. It also lasts a LONG time!

I have the same issues.. I look green/yellow in the winter.

What about spray tanning? A friend of mine does it at beach bum.. not the booth mystic tan thing, but the personalized spray and it looks awesome!

My issue with bronzer in the winter is my hands... i HATE when my hands are an entirely different color than my face!

When my PR tan fades I'm going to try the spray tan.

a couple of warnings...

it smells not so great from what I've heard.. and you can't shower for 4 hours after I think.

Also, go in crappy clothes so if the color bleeds on them (I don't know if this happens, but I wouldn't want to risk it)you won't ruin anything of importance.

I think it lasts like a week! let me know what you think!!

I think I venture on the cheaper end of things (LOL)...

Jergens Natural Glow Moisturizer Body & Face (Medium) - I just started using this past Monday. I will keep you posted on how it works. This is my 1st time using any type of self tanner and I am nervous. So far so good.

Neutrogena Natural Radiance Bronzer (Sunkissed) - Love it!!!

Good Luck...let me know how spray tan goes.

Re: Need bronzer and self tanner recommendations....

Some things I like: ( I am pale but have had melanoma 3x so no tanning for me)

-St Tropez and Bare Escentuals self- tanners.

- Nars Laguna and all Bobbi Brown bronzing powders, including the shimmer brick.

- I did the spray tan, I like Versa Spa rather than Mystic Tan. Smelled much better ad lasted much longer. Look up on the internet to find salon by you that does it ( I did it in CT).
