Need dinner ideas!
Too much going on with the holidays I forgot about dinner. Need an easy, somewhat healthy idea for dinner tonight. I have leftover turkey meatballs and spaghetti if I don't get a chance.
I also was even thinking grilled cheese and tomato soup. LOL
I usually don't cook red meat, but willing to try anything else.

We tried this recently and it was good and so easy. You just season some unsweetened coconut and press chicken tenders in it, then bake. It sticks perfectly with no added steps. We had it with honey mustard.

She has a lot of great, easy recipes that are delicious. I LOVE her. I have both her cookbooks and 90% of what I make is from her.

I did the ST sheetpan teriyaki salmon and toasted veggies pretty simple

I was baking all day and forgot about dinner.
Made pasta with sauce and dollops of ricotta.
15 minutes and done.
