Need Display ideas
I am having friends over this weekend and one of my dishes is chicken tenders using skewers. ( I am using the parmesan crusted recipe that everyone raves about...yum)
I am trying to think of creative ideas on how to display them. I was thinking of putting the skewers through an orange....but can you think of any other ideas?

How about cutting apples in half...place cut side down on the plate and sticking the skewers in the apples?

Or you could cut the top off of a small pumkin and stick the skewers in that. If you are serving them with a sauce you could scoop out the pumpkin seeds and fill the center with the sauce.

That seems like a great idea. But, I am going to make a lemon sauce (like franchese) and Im not sure if it will taste like pumpkin. Only if they sold Giant Lemons....LOL
