I would think that a mix out of the box will be the easiest & fastest thing to make.

Maybe a banana bread?

Cholcolate Pudding Pie

1 box Jello Instant Pudding
1 ready made Graham Cracker Crust

Make Jello Pudding according to directions
Pour into ready made crust
Refridgerate 8 hours +
Serve Ready Whip on the side

ETA:
you can do this with
* vanilla pudding and lay banana's over the top
or
* take 1/2 chocolate pudding mixed with 1/2 container of Cool Whip. Make two layers.

Re: Need Easy Dessert for Easter

this is hands down the easiest and most delicious dessert to make. EVERYONE requests it at bbq's, parties, etc.

It's wafer cookies with home made whipped cream. Layer it. Put it in fridge for 3 hours, and you are done!!
