Need Gift Ideas...New Job in NYC
My friend has worked on LI her entire time out of school and just got a promotion that takes her to the company's NYC office.

i second the starbucks/dd and itunes ideas! the only things that make my commute bearable are my latte and good tunes every morning! you are a sweet friend for doing this!

FYI: Before the holidays, I got a really cute travel mug in the dollar bins in Michael's for five bucks. I get a lot of compliments on the print @ work.

I got this coach photo holder for my train pass and work id. They have it in other colors too (black is one). I've seen them on eBay for $20, but there aren't any right now...but maybe if the coach outlet has a sale...

Depending on what train station she's going from, some you have to pay for daily parking (some stations have daily scratch off tickets). Maybe a pack of those to start?
