Me too!
I may do a nice bathing suit cover for my MIL. They have a beautiful pool that she hangs out all summer at and hosts parties. Saw some nice ones at Annie Sez
Not sure about my mom. Maybe something for the house or backyard since we're having DS's first b-day there, LOL

I got my mom a Vera Bradley bag (she wanted one).
Not sure what I'm doing for MIL.
I'd like to also possibly do a photo book of DS for each of them but, my mom is a picture nut already. I think MIl would appreciate it though since she always complains I don't give her pictures of DS to show her friends (not that we didn't give her a digital camera last year for Christmas or anything).

Getting my mom a digital camera (she was here visiting this weekend and her camera now is the worst!).
Getting MIL a tiffany necklace and a few other little things.

I always usually do an accessory.
Either a light scarf, necklace, etc. Chicos is great for that since I know my mom loves their stuff.
I figure any woman can never have too many pretty things!

We do small, so last year I got them each a flower pot that said something about grandmothers and planted daisies in them. I also made garden stepping stones with DS's handprint and the year. I plan on doing that again this year.

Last year we gave them keychains from shutterfly with a picture of the kids from Easter on it. They both loved them.

i got my mom a "grammy" mug and a "three generations" frame last year.
you could do a grandmother's necklace.
mother's ring.
if she's far away, a webcam is great so you can talk. (we did this for mil)

No idea here either....and MIL's b-day is 3 days before Mother's Day too 
Last year we got those stepping stone things from Michael's that you can put their handprints in....we did one for MIL with my DD's handprint & my nephew's handprint in it. Gave her other things too, can't remember what though.

I think im going to do this from personalcreations.com with either a garden stepping stone or a photobook.
You could give the watering can to them with a plant in it for them to plant, that would look cute
