Need Hair ideas please
So I'm doing my day after wedding pics in NYC on Sunday and I want to wear my veil, but i dont want to wear my hair very formal, or anything like I did on my wedding. But I think my hair straight might be Too casual?? Any suggestions?? I have to be able to do it myself though.

I like your wedding day hair with the curls. Maybe do all curls down but not too neat, a little messy, almost like it was slept on.
Can't wait to see these pictures. I love the day after shoots!

see my problem is my hair is not perfectly straight, but its not actually curly, its not anything nice. so I have to blow it out straight, then it wont really stay curly, a matter of fact i had to have my hair curl curl my hair 3x through out the day of my wedding so when the curls come out, I'll be left with straight hair, which happens within 3 hours.

i think if you left your hair the way you have it in the 1st pic but only curl the bottoms that would look so nice on you. you dont want an up-do right??

Curls never stay  as much as I would love to do that.
An up-do is possible but I have to be able to do it, and it sorta has to be cute if that means anything

i know i keep going with the curls.... but what if you did something like this photo but very lightly curled it to give it a way and have a side pony with some wave.... does that make sence???

How long will you be out doing pictures?
The curls won't even hold up for a few hrs?
Since they are suppose to be "day after" pics how about just a scruncy wave, nothing too done up.

Honestly, I like it down straight how you have it in the first pic. You can even do a side swept ponytail, but i think it would look great just down straight like you have it in that first picture....

Speaking of Jennifer Aniston..
Why not something like she did on her wedding day? I know you said curls won't stay, but since you said your hair isn't naturally straight, i'm assuming waves might?? Should be fairly easy to do... just wash your hair the night before.. part it in the middle while it's wet (apply some kind of curling/body spray), and put two Princess Laya like buns on each side of your head. Go to sleep like that and when you wake up just release the buns. You might need a flat iron or curling iron to smooth the ends, but that should be it.. Spritz with some hairspray so it holds and VOILA!

thanks guys you made me feel better about wearing it straight.
I can try to curl the ends, but after 2-3 hours they might just be wavy and not much of a curl but I love Jennifer Anistons hair on her wedding day, that's what I'm going to try!
