Gina, last year when I was busy dying my hair alot and it started to break my stylist recommend these products to me. I cannot begin to tell how great these products are.
I would alternate between the Alter Ego conditioner and the Nexxus Emergency treatment.

I've been doing that for about 3 months, but it is the longest it has ever been in a long time and while I would love to keep it, I may have to go for a chop to restore it......

You are welcome! Also, if you can the Alter Ego Shampoo for hair loss & growth that would be excellent.

I second alter ego products.. I also use salerm hair products, they are great. I had bleach blond hair, and then went brunette.. and my hair is silky smooth.

I use cholesteral occasionally, sally's has it and it's cheap. It's kinda icky smelling but it softens my hair when it's feeling damaged.

Ok it is kind of expensive but I have curly, dry, & colored hair and I use kerestase deep conditioning mask - it is very good! I also leave in Nexis Humectress conditioner.

Biogenol.
I cannot stress how wonderful this product is.
As quoted from the Framesi website: An ultra-deep, ultra-nourishing spa treatment for Hair Care For all Types. Its revolutionary blend of vegetable proteins and vitamins lock in moisture, leaving the hair energized, vibrant and healthier than ever before.
ETS- The jar says for Color treated hair, but it works very well for ALL hair types.

Re: Need hair treatments, store bought or homemade!!! My hair is fried!
I switched to a sulfate free shampoo & conditioner called Pureology, and it's really made a difference in my hair. I have oily roots with dry-ish hair, and I used to have to shampoo every day or my hair would be a flat, greasy mess. Maybe give it a try?

Don't laugh, but I use something called "Vatika Oil" Love it. I apply it to my hair three times a week, let it soak in while ds is sleeping, then wash it out. I also apply a drop of olive oil for a finished product. My hair looks and feels so shiny and soft.
