Need help!
I was going to the gym and lifting weights in the summer and following a routine snowboardgirl gave me.
But to be honest, I am tired of the gym. I have definitely noticed a change in my body since I started doing the lifting routine. ( A good change)
My question is, I can do my cardio at home on my treadmill, HIIT and long distance running. I want to keep lifting weights and I have 10lb, 8 lb, 5 lb, & 3 lb free weights.
I have been doing biceps (21s and hammer curls), tricep dips with 5lbs in my lap, shoulder presses with 10 lbs, lunges with 10 lbs, pushups and some abs.
What else can I do at home with my free weights?
I plan on getting 12 lbs, 15lbs, etc....

Re: Need help!
Overhead triceps press, skull crushers. Squats with heavy dumbbells resting on your shoulders. Step ups with dumbbells on your shoulders (if you have a bench or stool to use). Zottman curls - same as a biceps curl, except at the top, flip your hands over so your palms are facing down on the way down. Dumbbell bench press - if you have a Reebok step, just lie on it and do a bench press. Same thing for flyes. Upright rows. Bent over rows. One arm lat rows. Romanian deadlift.
