Re: Need help ASAP please!!
Not sure how quickly you want to loose it - but def drink lots of water. Eat clean - no carbs will def help and don't eat anything processed - just a lot of veggies and fruit and lean protein. I do a detox where I eat only fruits and veggies (focus more on the veggies) for 1 week - since I am anemic I need the protein so I would eat a small amount with each meal (eggs for breakfast, chicken for lunch, turkey for dinner) On the detox though I would eat as much as I wanted when i was hungry - since you are mainly only eating veggies and fruit it won't make you gain I lost on average 5lb that week

Re: Need help ASAP please!!
No quick fixes...no cleanses, no detoxes, no cutting out entire food groups---ever.
Eating clean is great advice. Stick to lean proteins, fruits, veggies and whole grains as well as some "good" fats. There is no reason to cut carbs out of your diet completely. It's nearly impossible unless all you ate was proteins. Fruits and Veggies ARE carbs. They aren't grains but they ARE carbs. They are GREAT for you, but they still have macro nutrients and mainly those are in the form of carbohydrates.
Try to eat 5-6 small meals a day. Track all of your macronutrients--not just calories. Make sure to balance them out. As far as my carbs go, I like to have around 20% in the morning, 25% pre and Post workout, and then the remaining 30% spread out evenly. My last meal, closest to bedtime has the fewest amount of carbs but still has them nonethless. Protein and healthy fats will help you stay full as well.
Hopefully this helped, if you want, feel free to FM me...I'm super into nutrition and training!

Surely!
breakfast: 3 egg whites, 2 pieces of low carb toast...I make "French toast" and then eat the remaining egg whites as scrambled eggs.
Lunch- steamed spinach, broccoli, mushrooms (85 g each of spinach and broccoli, 115 grams mushrooms) I put a laughing cow light wedge on top to give it some flavor! 3 oz extra lean ground turkey meat. I mix that in too! 4 oz Salad with red wine vinegar
Preworkout meal: 1 FF plain greek yogurt, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/2 cup Kashi 7 grain puffs with cinnamon.
Dinner: 3 Egg white omelette with laughing cow cheese or 3 oz grilled chicken with the same spinach, broccoli, mushroom mixture from lunch. A 4 oz salad and a low carb whole wheat pita
Bedtime: Protein shake w/ 1 tbs natural PB
Does that help?

I agree with you as well - from my PP when I say carbs (while I def know they are in fruits and veggies) I tend use carbs as the category of breads, pasta, cookies - things along that line.

I do change it up but I stay with that breakdown of macros at each meal basically!

Re: Need help ASAP please!!
How many calories is that plan?
Seems very very low!
Also would be good to eat whole eggs as well as just whites, yolks contain amazing nutrients!

Actually, I can't have egg yolks so that's why I chose to eat egg whites instead. I get my fat from PB and cheese.
I am under 5 feet tall and 95 lbs so for me that is a normal amount of food. For some it might be low, for me however it is not. I also work with a nutritionist, and am entirely safe and healthy
