need help! baby poop problem

Hi Olivia hasnt gone in 4 days and ive been giving her prune juice for 3 days. the doctor said to give her a suppository if she doesnt go by today. i tried the thermometer trick and giving her a bath with water to her navel. nothing has worked. she started solids this week so not sure if thats why. my question is where do you buy infant suppositories? I live in huntington.

At CVS or Eckerd. they say infant suppository not too bad either I had to do it several times for my DD. They usually go within a half an hour..

i went to walgreens and the tried selling me afever suppository and cvs only had it for children 2-5 years old. i put a call into the pediatrician 2 hours ago still waiting for a call back.

You can cut one of the adult ones in half I think

I had asked the pharmacist at CVS. He had them behind the counter.

My CVS had them in the pharmacy area. They were pediatric, not infant. My Dr. said to cut the top off (bullet looking tip) and just put that in with some KY. I had to do it for my ds a few times.
