Need help finding a dress for a destination wedding?

Dh's brother is getting married in St Lucia in the beginning of March. I have no idea what to wear. It's a sunset ceremony on a cliff and than a reception at a beach front restauraunt. The invite says leave all your stuffy attire at home and wear something comfy and bright. I have literally been in mommy mode for two years. I have no clue what is in style. I'm still losing weight and I'm currently wearing a size 12. I hope to lose another 15-20 lbs by than. I have no idea what type of dress, shoes, or how to accessorize at all. I don't want to spend more than 250 on a dress and shoes.

I would get a really cute sundress or maxi dress with strappy sandals.

Think beach attire!

I didn't have a destination wedding but did get married on the beach here and on the invite I put beach attire.

I'd totally go maxi dress. They are so comfy! I have a teal jersey one with a pearl/crystal accented bib. It's so pretty, so cheap, and so comfy! That's probably what I would wear!
