Need help for my mom

My mom told me that she wants good eye cream and makeup for the holidays. She said she wants the eye cream to tighten and be used under her makeup and then good makeup to go with it. She of course does not even know if a product like that exists.

Does anyone know of a good line I could look at. The eye cream is the most important part to her. I would love any suggestions.

My MIL likes Lancome Intensive something-or-other eye cream. In a purple tub.

I'm using a Kinerase Intensive Eye Cream sample that I got. I like it but it's $$$$. I'll stick with Clinique.

The make-up artist who did my wedding make-up recommended Clea De Peu for my mother in law. MIL got it and loves it. It's about $65 a tube (or jar) but she said it lasts a while - you can get it at Saks or Neiman Marcus.
