Need help from anyone who uses the CBEFM!
This is my first month using it and I'm a little confused. It says you need to take the test within a 6 hour time window. Now my question is do you have to set an actual time window, or does it automatically set whenever you hit the M button on day 1. This machine is so confusing!!!

do you mean the CBEFM? Not the digital OPKS, right?
Whatever time you set it for... you can test 3 hours before and 3 hours after that time.
So if you set it at 8am, you can test from 5 am to 11 am.

You have 3 hours before and 3 hours after you set the monitopr on ypur CD1. So if you set it at 8 am , you have 3 hours before and 3 hours after to test.

I was confused about this at first too. The time is set when you press the M button. So if you press the M button at 7am, you can test anywhere from 4am to 10am. GL!
