Need help! My 7 months old won't STTN!

I need sleep, badly. She wakes every 2-4 hours. I have tried dreamfeeding, i have tried keeping her awake later so she would sleep through the night, i have tried feeding her veggies and a bottle before bed.
I don't know what to do anymore. What do i do?

Is she getting cereal too? I would ask the ped to make sure she is getting enough food/bottle.

Is she looking to eat everytime she wakes or do you think it's just habit now?

have you tried CIO?

She definatly gets plenty of food. She had a stage 3 jar in the am with a 4 ounce bottle, then every 2.5 hours after until noon she gets a 6ounce bottle. At noon, another jar of food and a bottle, then again a bottle every 2.5 hours until 6:30 then a jar of food and another bottle.

I'm not sure how much it has to do with food/bottles. If it did, then we wouldn't have babies that STTN at an early age and some much later. I think it is just up to the babies. Mine didn't STTN with any regularity before 12-13 months at the earliest. My BFFs daughter STTN at 3 months!!!

at 6 months we did CIO. because she was waking out of habbit to eat. She eats 3 meals a day with 3-4 6oz bottles.

id be happy to show you her schedule if your interested. and how we went about CIO

I agree and disagree with this.

My DS was hungry in the middle of the night, he was never (still isn't) a big eater and he needed that bottle in hte middle of the night.

We tried CIO, tried giving him a bottle of water instead, tried the pacifier, but he gobbled down the bottle, some babies do need it.

OP, you can try CIO to see if she is waking for food or for comfort, but my DS didn't sleep through the night until he was 1Chat Icon

No advice but Chat Icon . DS is 8 months and has STTN maybe a couple of times. I really think it is a habit he formed, because he wakes up at around the same times each and every single night. Around 2am, 4am, and then up at 6am. It is exhausting, and I feel your pain. Chat Icon
