Need Help w/First Anniversary Gift
My first anniversary is coming up and our gift to each other is a trip to San Diego and dinner at an amazing restaurant in La Jolla.
We're getting each something small and less than $100. I know the traditional gift is paper so I'm looking for some creative items that I could do within my price range.
Any ideas???

If you have shutterfly, you could upload pics from your dating and engagement life. They can make and design a really nice bound book to give him. A through the years if you will

I did our "first year" book with fun photos from the wedding, honeymoon, housewarming, other parties and vacations. He really liked it---and, it's paper!!!!

We went away for our fist year too and for paper, I gave DH a GC for an in-room massage at the hotel we stayed at. He gave me some really beautiful paper products.
A few people have mentioned maps - I think that's a great idea. Either of the place you live or honeymooned or met.

I did the map for DH- the one where you can put the pins in for the places you have been together, the places you want to go...next planned trip... and it has a small plaque like section that says The R***** Family Travels
We chose that instead of DHs name and my name so that when we have a family they will be included in it too and we can put all of our destinations...
angnick did it too-we ordered together and we are both happy with it!
