Need help w/Job Review!!!!!!!!!!!
im having my review next tuesday...
right now i make AWFUL $$$-like seroiusly, its embarrassing
in may i started a new position-im a manager now-and i dont have an assistant, but all the ther managers do--
i hae to deal w/an a hole of a manager and eveyrone hates him
i wnat to make atleast 7K more-that would make it a FAIR salary
how do i get this??
and salary.com isnt working for some reason...how can i show them a sample of my salary?

I did one on Monster.com. I recently asked for more, too. I did get some, because I had good points to back my case. It's not easy, but be strong; tell your manager what you told us (no assistant, etc) and it might work. My boss is an idiot and does nothing, I said the reason I want more is because of him; I do TWO jobs. It worked somewhat.

Be blunt, ask for it and have backup such as salary.com comparisons.
