Need help with a deck stain/water sealer
DH powerwashed our deck today and so far it looks nice and clean. Now we want to stain and water seal it. Which products do you recommend?
Thanks so much!

Re: Need help with a deck stain/water sealer
We used Thompsons Clear Water Seal...we did it a week after powerwashing the deck and I put two coats down with a pump sprayer.

I heard Cabots is the best - I used Thomsons this year because I had 4 gallons of it. Next year I will use Cabots Scott

Re: Need help with a deck stain/water sealer
We used Behr's stain and watersealer from HomeDepot and applied with a stain gun. Needed one of those huge 5 gallon buckets.
Last year it took us about 12 hours to paint the deck; with the paint sprayer it only took us 4.
It looks great, hasn't faded or had a problem yet.
