Re: Need help with a Lego birthday party
You could have competitions. 15 minutes to build a car (if you have wheels in the kits), then race them. Have everyone work together to build a larger project (bridge, large house, etc).

Re: Need help with a Lego birthday party
Maybe the Legoland website can help you think of ideas for little contests or something that they can build?

Re: Need help with a Lego birthday party
OH! Thanks Shana! I like this one.... I can do this at the end to have them find their goody bag gift (They all are getting a lego set)
Directions Hide an assortment of party favors within a designated area. Write clues on cut out Lego bricks about where a certain party favor is located. Depending on the age group, you could either write words or draw simple pictures. Roll the Lego brick up and gently slip them inside a deflated blue or red balloons. Blow the balloons up with air and hang them on the walls for a decoration. When you are about to start the game, have a child choose a balloon off the wall and pop it by sitting or stomping on it. (some children my need help) Tell the children to use the clue on the Lego brick to find the missing party favors. The children keep the Party Favor Toys they find.

Re: Need help with a Lego birthday party
Bilnd fold the kids and make them build something like that in 5 min and see what they come up with. I betchya there'd be a lot of giggles when they take the blind fold off.
