Need help with ideas for 1st bday party
ok ladies I need your help.
What else do I need or what do you suggest
this is what I have so far Party 1-5 90 adults and 25 kids
1. Twinkle Town for 2 hours with a character and cotton candy machine
2. A DJ and he is going to do some giveaways for the kids, very minimal
3. purchased 2 7ft. tall blow up 3 tier bday cake to place at entrance of hall
4. Making CP found number 1 styrofoams going to make a base now this is where I need help- for favors for the adults I was thinking of making chocolate #1 lollipops and sticking them into the styrofoam tiered base I will be making for the number 1 to sit on. Is there something else I can put on there? I didnt know if I should even bother giving the adults favors.
the kids are getting a personalized photo frame with the pic of them and the character.
am I missing anything else? I wasnt sure about the whole balloon thing since there is a helium shortage and that would mean I would have to go to the hall early and DIY.
what else can I do? or is that enough? this is driving me a lil batty!
oh just thought should I do a blow up of her first bday portrait ( didnt do yet) and have progession pics too?

If you dont mind me asking, what DJ are you using? I am planning DS's 1st b-day for the end of March and got some outrageous quotes.
It seems like you have it pretty well planned. I think I am going to rent a helium tank from Party City to blow up balloon's for DS's b-day. It's not difficult to do, just time consuming.

sure, I am using Ultrasound Entertainment. I will FM you with price they are very reasonable.
thanks. Im thinking about the balloons, I just hate having to get there so early to do it and its not that close to drive back and forth.

I think everything sounds great. If you need help with making the chocolate pops let me know. I love making them!!!!
Maybe you can do just a couple of balloons here and there. BUT, if it is really far then don't even worry about them.
What about putting something like this in a container or pot surrounding the chocolate lolipops. Or use them as a centerpiece.
