Need help with which brands of makeup to use (from those who cover acne)
I've seen recent post on what to apply in what order (primer, foundation, concealer,etc) but what brand do you usually use for all these steps?

I love Tarte and Smashbox. Sephora has a good deal where you get the primer, foundation and concealer along with a foundation brush, bronzer and finishing powder (all Tarte brand) in a make-up bag for like $56. Everyones face will react differently to make-up though so you should def go to Sephora and ask for samples of a few different types so you can try them out and see what you like. I know a lot of people like Make up forever but it made my face way to oily. Another tip, once I fould that I liked Tarte, I started buying it on Ebay and it is much cheaper and I have never had an issue with buying it from there. I have found deals where I get 3 full size foundations for around $30! Good luck!

I don't normally use primer, but i have used tarte and I liked it. My go to foundation is Estee Lauder Double Wear, and I like it because it gives great coverage and doesn't break me out. I havent found anything better yet that gives me good coverage and doesn't make me look oily by the end of the day.

right now i use all mac products. the BEST primer is TARTE though
if u have badd acne get a thick concealer, not a liquid. sally beauty supply sells a cover stick for like 3$. i loved it when i had huge tumors on my face

I have red cheeks- dior airbrush covers them amazingly
I spray it on a brush and apply

I usually use Mac prep + prime and Shiseido concealer & foundation. The Shiseido is so gentle and has never made my skin breakout.

I use MAC. I went to the store and they showed me how to do it. I have alot of scarring from acne and it covers it up very well.
