Need ideas how to tell family...
We've decided to tell our extended family (aunts, uncles, cousins) the good news on Easter. Anyone have any cute ideas on how to break the big news? TIA!

aww thats cute!!
what if you colored some easter eggs ..and write something like "im pregnant!!!" or a different clue on each egg. they will surely figure it out!!
dont mind me.. if thats sounds really dumb.. but its the first thing that came into my head

Maybe if there are other kids in the family and you guys are having an Easter egg hunt, fill one of the eggs with a special note or little picture of a baby that says "coming in [insert month] with the fun baby shower confetti that has all the little baby bottles, rockers, diaper pins, etc.

One idea we had for telling our extended family was to bake a cake and write "We're having a baby" on the top.

My plan to tell my immediate family was to tell my little niece and have her tell everyone. Brat wouldn't, so I just yelled out- "Who wants cheese on their burger, I'm pregnant"

That's really cute. I love making easter eggs, so I might try to incorporate them in the surprise. I'm not sure if I want to quiet down the whole crowd and blurt it out or just tell a few people and let the info filter out. I don't like the idea of everyone staring at me.

yea you can try to do it in a subtle way.. afterall not everyone will eat the eggs.. so a few people that see your clues will know then it can filter out that way!!
but i hear ya.. i wouldnt want to be cetner of attn either with everyone staring at me.

what if you decorate a cake with pink and blue and put the news on the cake. that way when it's dessert time, everyone will see!

I like the Easter Egg idea too! popped into my head.
I told my in-laws it was a girl by baking pink cupcakes and wrote it's a girl on them..Maybe make half pink and half a tray of blue cupcakes and write something on them as a cute surprise.

Give everyone a card pertaining to what they will be when the baby is born - grandma, grandpa, aunt, uncle etc....Tell them when you are passing out the cards that they are just notes to let them know how much you appreciate them all. See how long it takes for someone to catch on. Should be fun - CONGRATULATIONS.
