Need live music player for birthday party!
I had a friend who was supposed to play children's songs at DD's 1st birthday in 2 weeks but now she can't come.
Do you know of anyone who does this? I am just looking for about 1/2 hour of music. I'm in Suffolk.

I am also looking, I found one guy for 400 for 45 minutes...ahh no!!

I'm not sure what they charge, but the Music Together people do birthday parties. They're all over LI.

Check out Mike Soloway in Huntington. He is sooo good with kids - plays guitar & sings. He can get them up & hopping, as well as calm them down. My DD ADORES him!
He does a bunch of toddler time programs at bookstores, and I think still does a children's radio show on the Stony Brook U station.
He has a website; just google his name.
