Love this last one.
But from the OP's choices, like #2 or #3.
OP- would you consider painting that wall a different color? It might make the whole room pop a bit more than just a wall hanging. Perhaps a light teal to match your throw pillows? It would really give definition to the room. Just a thought.

We just moved in and the room was painted by the previous owner months before we moved in, so we didnt see the point. Also, hopefully next year we are going to tear down the left wall so we can have an open floor plan (kitchen is on the other side) and just didnt want to waste any money on more paint, ya know? So for now, the paint color is staying. I cannot WAIT to paint the room!

Yea these are the two I am torn between since I wanted to add more color to the room w/o painting.
When I ask DH he just replies, "Why do we NEED anything above the couch! Its fine the way it is!" I have since stopped taking him shopping lol!

 That is classic. I just go shopping, bring the stuff home and than see what he thinks.  Most of the time I win.

ITA, you need more color. since repainting is not an option, i would hang a collage (3) of prints in thick dark wood frames.
i don't have a pic but too add even more interest to the wall over the couch in the den, i have 2 vintage wood oars hung over the art (sailboat prints). this is also an option for you since you have a beachy (aqua,beige and brown) color palette.
