Need New Dr. in Smithtown/Pt. Jefferson/E. Setauket Area...
Does anyone have a good primary care physician they can recommend in Smithtown, Pt Jeff or the East Setauket areas? My DH and I need a new Dr. Thanks!

I go to Dr. Henry Monetti his practice is located in the Stony Brook Medical Park on Rt347 next to Burger King

I've been going to Drs. Franco, Belding, Gleason, Dragone and O'Brien for as long as I can remember- pretty much my whole life. I love all of them although Dr. Franco is the listed Dr on my chart... They have flexible hours, walk-in time and no matter what you can ALWAYS get in to see someone and they are all consistently good. They even have two Nurse Practitioners who I love too! (Kevin and Mona). I recommend this office to a lot of people. It is on Brooksite Drive and they have been there forever. Dr. Franco was even my Grandmother's Dr and when she passed away he came to the wakes and funeral- he's such a nice man... old school type of Dr. that actually really cares.

So funny, I just went to my first appt. w/her yesterday. My dermotologist recommended her.

same thing here... she sees everyone in Dh's family... she keeps telling me she is moving... has she gone yet?? my MIL says she is still in pt jeff and will never move...

My husband and I use Dr. Christopher Ng in E. Setauket. He is right by the Stop & Shop Center and he is an excellent doctor.
