Need nice black leggings but don't want to look like I'm about to work out

I'm looking to add a nice good quality pair of black leggings that I can wear with my boots but don't want them to look like I'm going to the gym - where can I find these?

I really like the pair I picked up at Kohls by Vera Wang.

I just bought my 1st pair of denim leggings (american rag) from Macys. Love the way they fit.

I think as long as they are tapered at the ankle (and are long enough), they won't look like you are going to the gym. Also, look for some with embellishments at the ankle - like snaps, zippers, etc....then you def won't look gym-like. I've seen them everywhere...all price points. I would try Target.
