need non-food related ideas for a 60th birthday
so my mom's 60th birthday is in a few weeks and my sister and I are trying to come up with some plans.
here is the hard part. My mom JUST had gastric bypass surgery and by her bday will still only be on liquids/purees so we can't do anything that involves eating!
Any ideas of something nice we could do on her birthday (she doesn't want a party either)?

If she JUST had gastric bypass, please ask her to check with her surgeon if she can be face down on a massage table. It might put too much pressure on her abdominal area right now.
If it's a problem - maybe go for a foot reflexology/facial/scalp massage/mani-pedi.

Maybe an activity like:
bowling
mini-golf
walk in the park
walk on the beach
manicure/pedicures
go to a movie in the theatre
if she just had surgery and is a new size in clothing- does she have a lot of clothes in that new size? Maybe do a day walking around/shopping in Riverhead or Deer Park Outlets and help her pick out a few things!!
