Need opinions on deciding 3 out 4 entrees for my dds baptism dinner:
13 Choices to choose from ackkkk... Dh and I are picky eaters so I need help deciding. I already picked one: Sliced Roast Beef & Roasted potatoes... yum!
1) Beef & Broccoli Teriyahi over rice
2) Beeft w/ burgandy mushroom sauce over rice
3) Chipotle orange BBQ salamon
4) Sticky shrimp over rice
5) Pei muscles over liquini (bianco, marinara or fra diavlo)
6) Lemon peper salmon fillet
7) Sticky chicken over rice
8) Herb grilled chicken & fresh vegetables
9) Chicken Marsala
10) Chicken with Roma Tomato and fresh basil
11) Liquini with clam sauce (red or white)
12) Lemon pepper penne D'angelo with mushrooms & peas in a parmesan pink sauce
13) Rigatoni ala vodka

I would do the roast beef too
and
Rigatoni Alla vodka
Lemon Pepper Salmon or Sticky shrimp
Chicken marsala
I always do chicken, beef, fish, and pasta choices so i know i cover everyone likes

Since you already chose a meat, I would do a chicken, a fish and a pasta. My coices would be the herb grilled chicken, the lemon pepper salmon and rigatoni ala vodka. I'm sure anyone would be able to pick something they like from those options.

its going to be buffet, which i thought was great.

I agree with the PP about doing one beef, one chicken, one fish and a pasta dish.
I'd do the Roast Beef
Rigatoni Ala Vodka
Herb Chicken and Veggies
Lemon pepper fish

I think I would try to make the selections one from each category so everyone can find something i.e. beef, chicken, fish, pasta
I think the roast beef sounds great also the
chicken marsala
pasta with vodka sauce
and maybe Salmon?
