Looks kinda like the one I got at Behr's. It is made by Pali. It is one that turns into a bed too. It has a draw under the crib. Image Attachment(s):

Personally, I don't like the cribs with the slats on the back panel. I posted our crib on your other thread. You can see what I mean.

One of the advantages to having the slats in the back is that you will be able to tie bumpers in all 4 corners. My sister had a sleigh style crib and had a terrible time with the bumpers because the 2 ends were closed.
