Need outfit help for tonight!
Tonight is my company holiday party.
Finding a dress was like Chinese water torture.
I ordered this one but it wasn't due to arrive in time so I found something else that sufficed.
I bought these shoes to go with the second dress but now the first dress will arrive today and I'd prefer to wear that one - will this shoe still go? I don't think I'll have time to go back to DSW and buy a new pair but if I absolutely have to I will.
What do you think (Nell and MarisaK I'm looking at you)?

First off, LOVE those shoes. I am sure they would kill my feet, but I digress!
I think you can get away with it. It's a bit brighter in shade than the blue in the background of the dress, but I think it will go and be a nice pop in a little brighter of a color.
My vote is yes!

I also vote yes only if the color I'm seeing on the dress is a dark blue. Wasn't sure if it was black or blue. Beautiful shoes btw..

LOVE the dress! The shoes would not be my first pick to go with the dress, but I think you can swing it. Nude would be better though.

And in my experience....since you work for a construction company......you will probably be the best dressed there!!!!!!

Thank you! I love a good statement shoe but I didn't want it to look like I just walked out wearing the wrong shoe.
I quickly ran out and bought these too which I think will work better.

I am glad you love the Sally legs as much as I do. I am at the point where I can't go bare legged without it because I got used to how great my legs looked with it!

Just one does it for me. I really try to blend it very well and make sure I cover all areas and blend it in well to avoid streaks

I totally forgot to report back! I looked super hot! The dress was fab, I got tons of complements on it. I also did turquoise earrings and a few gold bracelets. I also did an amazing smokey eye and wore red lipstick for the first time ever (ModelCo brand from Birchbox in Smitten, the most incredible red lipstick EVER).
Most of the men were in jeans and button downs. The women were a mix of LBDs, skirts and LOTS of glitter
How was yours?
