Need party favor ideas......
I am so not the creative type....The twins' birthday is coming up in September and we have decided to have a medium sized party. I need ideas for the loot bags for the children.
I also don't have a theme yet, but I do want bubbles in the loot bag!
HELP!!!!

Well it will definitely be easier once you pick the theme. I've done quite a few for my step son. One cute thing was I bought cups that went with the theme put in a straw, stickers, pencil, note pad, etc and then wrapped them in cellophane.

Yes, they will be one. Most of the children will around 1 as well. I have 1 two year old, 1 4 year old, 1 5 year old, 1 7 year old, 2 10 year olds (all cousins)
I know I have to do different things for the older kids, but I need to focus on the little children.
Also, I don't have a theme because they don't really watch TV yet or like anything in particular yet! Oey, this is difficult!

Party City has great things for the loot bags
I wonder if you could play off the twins and make a "Double Trouble" or "Two is Better than One" or "All Good Things Come in Two's Theme"

That sounds like the making of a theme to me.
We are doing an animal theme for little DD mixed with a flowers theme for our older DD. Just go on Celebrate express.com and look at teh diffeent themes.

You could always do like a Noah's Ark kind of theme ( 2 of every animal etc...) ...Oriental Trading is the way to go for loot bags, and if the b-day is still summer-time, you could always do the beach pail with sidewalk chalk, bubbles, sand toys etc....

anything colorful would be fine -- I'm not sure you need a theme though there are lots of things to do if you want one. Let us know and we can brainstorm with you.
On the loot bag... speaking from experience here... bubbles would be great; a small ball; a balloon; lollypops; a small book; and so on. Anything that an adult can entertain the child with or something they will want to play with themselves like a ball would be great -- think bright colors and shiny.

cute... and you could put packs of Twinkies in the loot bags
