need quick help: what's the list of food when they've got diarrhea?

I forget all of them. I know bananas and I rice and potatoe but is applesauce on there? we're out of bananas?

A trick I tried once was rice water, it worked like a charm. Just use the starchy water from rice and have DD drink it. I mixed it with some pedialite, it worked like a charm. Hope Ellie feels better

BRAT DIET: Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast. Hope Ellie feels better...

When DS had the stomach virus the ped also told me to try giving him Florastor...It's these little powder packets that you put in their food or bottle and it's supposed to help the diarrhea. I put it in DS's cereal.

If Ellie eats Banana's give her those. DS eats a whole a Banana almost every night. He loves them!
