need restaurant rec for NYC
I am going to see a taping of "The View" tomorrow
Any good restaurants for lunch in the area???
It is taped on UWS 68th and West end..

don't remember where it's located but mesa grill is really good. any of bobby flay's restaurants are amazing. on the high end, but totally worth it.

I like Nick and Toni's on 67th between Broadway and Columbus. Peters is also pretty decent. That's on Columbus between 67th and 68th.

Mesa Grill is on 5th Avenue in the teens. Its not near the upper west side.

Late addition....Compass is on 70th inbetween Broadway and West End. Great food.

Oh- and we love Northwest. Its a little further north on 79th and Columbus. Its yummy! Josies is also good- its organic food.

Thanks girls!!!!
We ended up going to Peter's-- it was perfect.. THe other places were a little too far to walk since 2 of us are very pregnant...
plus we got to get a magnolia Bakery cupcake which was on the next block.
Didn't even know there was a Magnolia on the UWS, I guess when you haven't lived in NYC for 8 years things change, I think it was a sushi place when I lived in the city...
