Need Shower Door
I am in need of a frameless glass pivot shower door that is approx. 24X72. I went to Home Depot and Expo. It had to be custom made and was $1500. The employee told me that it would be cheaper to buy it elsewhere. He mentioned another place called the NY Shower Door Company or American Shower Door Company. However, I can't find any info any place. Does anyone have any other suggestions?? TIA

Re: Need Shower Door
What about Consumers Kitchen & Bath? I think their main showroom is in Franklin Square, but they have a warehouse out east.

Re: Need Shower Door

Re: Need Shower Door
I think the company you're talking about is New York Shower Door in Freeport on Sunrise Highway. I called them a few years ago looking for a specific door, which they did have, but it was
I just found their number online (516) 379-3535.

I love consumers - they have showrooms all over the place, commack, holbrook...

Re: Need Shower Door
Custom shower doors are expensive. We paid $1400 for ours, from a glass store in Sayville. I can find out the name if you want.
